Do you get commission?

Do you charge VAT?

What happens in the first meeting?
We will take time to understand your objectives and why they matter to you. We will then explore your current financial position and begin working back from your goals to identify what may be needed to achieve them.
How long should I allow for an initial meeting?
You should usually allow around two hours for your initial meeting. This gives us enough time to understand your circumstances, priorities and goals without rushing the conversation.
Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?
No. We want you to have the information you need to make a confident, informed decision before you agree to work with us.
What happens if my financial planner is away on holiday?
Urgent queries can be handled by another financial planner while your usual planner is away. Our wider team will also be available to provide support and make sure you are not left waiting unnecessarily.
How often will I hear from my financial planner?
We will meet with you at least once a year as part of our ongoing service. We also keep you informed through monthly blogs covering important financial themes and developments.
Do you offer cashflow forecasting or planning as part of your service?
