Where are meetings held?
Generally, we’ll meet at our office. But we’re happy to accommodate your preferences, whether you want to meet at your home or your workplace or even speak to us remotely.
Do you have parking?
We have parking spaces directly outside our office with good accessibility.
Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
There’s no cost for an initial meeting. It’s entirely at our own cost, and there’s no obligation on your part.
What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?
Please bring evidence of your ID, such as a driving licence. If we’re meeting at our offices, bring evidence of your home address, such as a recent utility bill.
You should also bring any statements from existing investment or pension providers and any other relevant plans you may wish to discuss.
Do I have to sign up to your services at our initial meeting?
No, this is a two-way meeting. It allows us to assess your circumstances to see if we can help, and equally, it’s your opportunity to decide whether you feel our services are right for you.
Are you independent?
Yes, and this is something that is of utmost importance to us. It means that we can source and recommend products from the whole of the market, so we can truly find the solution that’s right for you.
Are you regulated?
We’re Appointed Representatives of the Sense Network, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can find us on the FCA register here. We use the Sense Network to provide ongoing training, support, and compliance services to our firm.
Do you charge VAT?
There’s no VAT payable on most types of financial advice. In rare circumstances where VAT would be payable, we’d make this known to you before providing any advice.
Do I have to be local to use your services?
No. We have clients based throughout the UK.
